Pursuant to the order of the Supreme Court of Missouri prohibiting in-person hearings, St. Louis County Circuit Court Administrative orders and taking into consideration the current declaration of national and state emergencies, the court will conduct non-testimony motion hearings and settlement conference/case management conferences by Webex until further notice. An order will be entered into the files prior to the hearing with the Webex information. If you would like to set a testimony motion, that would also be conducted by Webex. Please call the clerk @ 615-1508 to get available dates for a testimony motion hearing. When setting a case on the online calendar, please remember to include the case number and then file a notice of hearing in the court file. If you would like to set a motion for default judgment/interlocutory order of default, that would require some testimony but could also be set on the non-testimony docket. You will need to include the webex information listed to the right for the defendant in your notice of hearing.
