As of March 14, 2022, all matters in Division 8 will be in-person hearings. If both parties consent, the parties may request conferences by Webex for settlement conferences/case management conferences and non-testimony motions. Webex information will be entered into the file prior to the hearing. If there is an unrepresented party on the case, then the motion hearing or settlement conference/case management conference will need to be an in-person hearing. If you would like to set a testimony motion or hearing on a motion for default, that would require an in-person appearance, please call the clerk at 314-615-1508 to get available dates. Motions for default judgment/interlocutory order of default are in-person hearings only. Please send a notice of hearing to the defendant on motions for default. When setting a case on the online calendar, please remember to include the case number and then file a notice of hearing in the court file.
