The St. Louis County Circuit Court is comprised of twenty-one (21) Circuit Judges, fourteen (14) Associate Circuit Judges and eight (8) Commissioners. Each judge and commissioner is assigned to a specific division, except for the Probate Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner.

William M. Corrigan, Jr. was appointed Circuit Court Judge by Gov. Mike Parson on November 6, 2020.
Judge Corrigan earned his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Before joining the Court, he was a partner in the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale LLP, and served on its Executive Committee for twelve years. His litigation experience includes serving as lead trial counsel and representing both individuals and businesses in cases involving personal injuries; breach of contract; noncompete agreements; trade secrets; complex fiduciary duty matters; shareholder disputes; complex tort and employment matters. Corrigan has served as lead trial counsel in courts in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and Texas.
In addition to his trial experience, Corrigan served as outside general counsel to many small and large privately held businesses headquartered in St. Louis, including family owned and closely held businesses.
For over a decade, Corrigan has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is also featured in Chambers USA, and has been named as a Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyer.
Judge Corrigan served as one of the youngest presidents of The Missouri Bar. He is a former president of The Missouri Bar Board of Trustees, and a former delegate in the ABA House of Delegates for The Missouri Bar. He also served on the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents.
Corrigan has earned a number of recognitions from the University of Missouri School of Law, including the Faculty-Alumni Award, the Citation of Merit Award and the Distinguished Recent Graduate Award. He served as a commencement speaker in 2004, and is president of the Board of Trustees for the University of Missouri School of Law Foundation. He is a past recipient of the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award from the St. Louis County Bar Association and the 40 Under 40 Award from the St. Louis Business Journal. He is a recipient of the Mentor Award from Missouri Lawyers Media.
Judge Corrigan is active in and has a long history of involvement with local professional and charitable organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Foundation; the Board of the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation; and on the Advisory Board of Directors for the White House Jesuit Retreat. He is a past volunteer for the Kids in Motion program. Previously, he served for seven years on the Board of the Old Newsboys Day Children's Charities, and has also held prior roles with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Edgewood Children's Center.
Judge Corrigan lives in St. Louis County with his family.
