Independent Auditors Give Court High Marks for Protecting Rights, Best Interests of Juveniles CLAYTON – The St. Louis County Circuit Court has made substantial progress toward meeting the goals of a Memorandum of Agreement reached with the U.S. Department of Justice in December of 2016, according to an independent review released today.
