November 11 is the day Americans set aside to honor the service and sacrifice of its veterans. St. Louis County Courts will be closed, Thursday, November 11, 2021, in recognition of Veterans Day.

JUROR APPRECIATION WEEK

The Missouri Bar appreciates the thousands of Missourians who serve their duty as a juror each year. We thank all Missourians who do their part and report for jury duty.

St. Louis County Courts will be closed, Thursday Nov. 25 and Friday Nov. 26, in recognition of Thanksgiving Day.

In observance of the Holiday Season St. Louis County Courts will close at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday December 23, 2021 and will be closed on Friday, December 24, 2021.

In observance of the New Year Holiday, St. Louis County Courthouse will close at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2021 and will be closed on Friday, December 31, 2021. The Adult Abuse Office and The Exchange Center will be closed on January 1, 2022.

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, St. Louis County Courthouse will closed on Monday, January 17, 2022.

In observance of Truman's Day, St. Louis County Circuit Clerk's Office, Court En Banc and Probate Court will be closed on Monday, May 9, 2022.

NOTICE REGARDING FAMILY COURT COMMISSIONER VACANCY

TO ALL ATTORNEYS RESIDING IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI

 

The Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri, announces that it is soliciting candidates for the position of Family Court Commissioner of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County.

 

The Circuit and Associate Circuit Judges en banc will make the appointment for a term of (4) years at an annual salary of an associate circuit judge, payable by the State of Missouri.

 

Missouri law requires the Family Court Commissioner to possess the same qualifications as a circuit judge, including those set forth in the Missouri Constitution, Article V, Section 21, to wit, they must be qualified voters of the state for the three years preceding their selection, residents of St. Louis County, Missouri for at least one year, at least thirty years old, licensed to practice law in Missouri; and possess all other qualifications as required by law.
