August 31, 2018 Governor Mike Parson announced the appointment of Associate Circuit Judge John N. Borbonus III, as circuit judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit in St. Louis County, to take effect September 21, 2018. He will fill the vacancy upon the September 20, 2018, retirement of Judge Douglas R. Beach. Judge Borbonus was one of three nominees submitted to the Governor by the 21st Circuit Judicial Commission on August 10, 2018. Parson to fill the circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis County created by the retirement of Judge Douglas R. Beach. Those nominated by the commission are: Judge John N.
